Angie Lookingbill

Angie Lookingbill is a proven, award-winning leader in training and team development with an extensive background in sales and finance. As a certified consultant in The Birkman Method®, Angie enjoys using this personality assessment to help individuals work together by appreciating each other’s strengths and needs.

Angie began her career at Prudential Financial in 1993 where, as a Financial Planner, she developed her scratch business to more than 300 clients. In 1997, she was promoted to the management team where her responsibilities included recruiting, selecting and training fee-based financial planners. In addition to her local duties, Angie provided training for Prudential Financial at a regional and national level and in 2001, she was recognized as the top Manager of Agency Training in the nation. It was during these years at Prudential that Angie gained an appreciation for personality styles and developed a passion for better understanding those around her.

In 2004, Angie began working for TAP Pharmaceuticals as a sales representative, where she was responsible for growing market share and profitability in her territory. Angie won multiple national awards including top national salesperson for market share increase in 2007.

Along with her high energy and commitment to helping people succeed, Angie’s 17 years of sales and leadership experience helps develop leaders in the areas of team building, professional coaching and management consulting.

A native of Iowa, Angie is a graduate of Iowa State University with a BBA in Marketing. She and her husband, Wade, reside in Urbandale, Iowa, with their two children.

Lisa-Marie Wright

Lisa-Marie Wright is an experienced communications professional with a strong history of helping her clients reach their fullest potential, both as leaders and individual contributors.  Her professional background includes a wide array of communication experience:  from working on Capitol Hill as a press aide and serving as Communications Director for two statewide healthcare and advocacy non-profits, to managing several public relations campaigns while working for one of the nation’s largest public relations firms.  A common theme of her professional experience is relationship and reputation management.

In the course of her 20 year career, Lisa-Marie has coached numerous individuals in message and presentation skills, as well as mentored several professionals as they have grown into different leadership roles. In her various roles in non-profit leadership, she has developed and implemented successful leadership trainings. A certified Birkman Method consultant, Lisa-Marie specializes in helping teams realize their highest potential through in-depth understanding of interpersonal communications.  She is also certified in The Hogan Assessments – another industry leading tool that helps organizations manage and attract top talent.

Lisa-Marie graduated from the University of Michigan and has a Master’s Degree in Communications from Marquette University. She has taught Public Speaking and Interpersonal Communications at Marquette University, Upper Iowa University and Des Moines Area Community College.

An avid and passionate community volunteer, Lisa-Marie has chaired and played an integral role on fundraising and event committees for the Science Center of Iowa, the Junior League of Des Moines, Iowa Homeless Youth Centers, The State Historical Society, Ballet Des Moines and the John Stoddard Cancer Center.
